Walkable, greens are small and don't be above the pin, conditions could be better overall, but a really fun golf course that rewards keeping the ball in the fairway. Staff service is outstanding. Special rates are available to NCGA membes.

Located in back of the Hyatt. Bit pricey but deals are available so I would check out the various on line golf sites before paying full price. Very nice staff. Play off tees that suit your game or it will be a very long day. Not the spectacular views that you have with other courses. Course was in excellent shape...

This is a fun course to play for all skill levels. Good value, especially if you're a Duke Member. If you're in the area to play the headliners (Pebble, Spyglass), it's worth it to do a lap here and hone your game, you won't be disappointed for the price. Plan on playing here anytime I'm in the area.
With so many great courses around here, I don't really think this compares but price is much more reasonable... always in nice shape
It's a nice course. I don't like warming up elsewhere and then driving to the course to play.
....or so I am told. It is one of the nicest golf courses in the Monterey area, and that is saying a lot.
We have gone to the coast for years and have never taken the opportunity to play this course. It is a great historic tract that is well manicured. We will be playing this course again. It was very tricky yet you still have the potential to score.
It's not bad as long as you don't pay too much. Kind of like a nice municipal course. For the same money you can play Poppy Hills, Bayonet, or Black Horse which are all great courses.
