This is a fun little hike worth doing if you get to Palm Springs. Beautiful scenery with rock formations, flowing creek, and palms along a well kept path. Worth the cost of entry.

We took the tram in January of this year and really enjoyed the hiking trail and the surrounding scenery. As the ground is snow covered and icy this time of year, proper footwear is a must. Some great photo opportunities exist and the cool air was a great way to escape the desert heat. The restaurant was ok, but we were not there...

Beautiful area. Excellent hiking. Take lots of water and good shoes. Also has equestrian trails and outpost for food.
Majestic beauty of huge palms, a river/creek bed with cool water, and absolutely stunning wild flowers abound at the right time of year. The tribe charges for admission so it isn't a cheap event.
Fascinating landscape for flatlanders. Nature provides the most beautiful of all art and natural wonder.
Kind of steep entry fee, allow equestriennes for $11 per person. Student and senior rates available. There are picnic areas. Bring water and sunscreen. Limited amenities. Hike is a rocky path, not suitable for strollers. One mile hike worth the exertion, vistas spectacular! Gift area worth drive, native jewelry and hummingbirds galore. Porta johns. Will take a couple of hours.
Indian Canyons is a must-do if you like to hike (not in the summer!) Hiking along a palm lined stream, beautiful vistas, at the end a pool with a waterfall. Just gorgeous. Worth the entrance fee. Lots of hikes of varying intensities. Something for everyone.
Love heading out for some fresh air and hiking in the beautiful canyons. Every visit to Palm Springs should include a visit to the Agua Caliente Indian Canyons.
They no longer do the interpretive hikes down thru the valley like they used to (disappointing). Overall the area is nice. Great place for a hike. The fee's for entry are pretty steep. It was $23 for 2 adults and 1 child. We were there for less than an hour. Go early in the morning before it gets too hot.
This is a great place to hike. I am not use to paying to hike so that was strange and expensive but I did enjoy the hike. There is a great place at the bottom, just a little walk from the parking lot where the kids can play in the water. So fun for them on a hot day. YOu...
