This museum is cute and hands on, but very small. It's geared towards the very young, I'd say less than age 4. The young kids really seemed to enjoy it, but its a little pricey for such a short trip. It was also extremely crowded on a Saturday, so I'd recommend trying to go during the week.

This is fantastic to see and the kids have a ball. GO It is closed Sunday and Monday but a great time is had by all.

There is just a ton of things to do such as crafts, dress up, play house, interactive displays and just play with new friends. The staff do a great job of keeping everything neat and keeping the kids busy.

Sacramento waited a long time for a Children's Museum, and this one doesn't disappoint. We purchased a membership last summer and will be renewing it. My 4yo and 1yo both enjoy visiting. Good place if you have an hour or two to kill. I would recommend it for children 6 and under. My 7 year old was not impressed except with the arts and crafts area. What a wonderful place for kids to spend the afternoon. They encourage hands on exploration. Kids LOVE this place!
