First beware that even though they advertise as being open until 5:00, they stop tastings at 4:30. This place has a wonderful view and the inside is nice. We tasted 6 wines for $15 and liked most. My only complaint is that the employee conducting the tasting was too busy chatting with a guy the entire time to pay much... More

What a place! We went here for a work-related function, family was with me so they went too. When the company set it up, they underestimated the crowd...so things were hugely crazy! Beautiful place though. Not much of a wine drinker, but I tried a taste and it was good. The more experienced wine drinkers that attended the very busy... More

I have been a member here for over ten years. Aside from the fantastic wines from the "Limited Selection" and "Evans Ranch" labels, the property is beautiful. Well worth the visit and highly recommended as a wine club based their consistency year after year.

They make one great bottle, and at the end of the day they would rather hold it hostage than sell it. This was our second time here. On our first visit in 2011, we found the wines to be average at best ... $20 grocery store quality wine that won't offend you, but more or less unremarkable. The service we... More

I've been to Gainey three times over the last 7 years and am basing this review on my last visit there (December 2012). My previous two visits were just okay but this last one was EXCELLENT. We spent an hour and a half doing the wine tasting. Loved, loved, loved Eric, who was pouring the wines. He is so incredibly... More

This wine sampling experience was fine overall. The employee pouring the wines was very knowledgeable, but a bit snobby, which made one member of our group feel intimidated. It would have been nicer if she had spent some time explaining the wine tasting process, and teaching, rather than ordering us around and being impatient if we didn't "do it right".... More

Facility is awesome and the wine is pretty good. The girl pouring wine was more into talking than pouring so it was a little drawn out. All in all, worth stopping to check out.

Had my wedding here and it was perfect. Incredible setting, great wine, delicious food and amazing staff. All of our guests had a great time and so many people compliment us on our choice of venue! Highly recommended! It's awesome for tastings too! Relax in their courtyard with some wine and cheese!

I wanted to love these wines. The reception area of the tasting room is beautiful, with lots of opportunity for retail therapy. Unusual jams, vinegars and sauces, all under the Gainey Label. There are two tasting rooms, one for the regular tasting and one for the reserve tasting. The Reserve tasting is in the smaller of the two rooms, which... More

This was a very nice winery with very attentive staff who were knowledgable and helpful. All the wines we tasted were excellent and joined the club and bought 1.5 cases that day. Very happy customers!
