This is maybe the main attraction of Boulder. You will find locals eating, rushing to work, or simply having a good time. It is full of life and movement. You can find many restaurants, cafes, and all kind of stores. It is prohibited to smoke in this street.

We went during the winter so there wasn't much activity going on. The stores were okay but they have traffic that speeds through the streets there and with young kids that like to dart it was really scary and not enjoyable to walk around. They definitly need a cop there controlling speeders.

The parking situation isn't fantastic, and most of the boutiques are on the high end, but there are plenty of great places to drink and the people watching is entertaining.

Pearl Street is kind to people of all ages. No traffic to dodge. No fumes to harm. Meander at your liesure or pick up the pace, your choice. Interesting stores, restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream stops. Pearl Street has it all.

Boulder has a lot going for it and the Pearl Street Mall is a great example. Clean, bustling and fun. The stores are varied and if you're looking for unique gifts, this is the place to go.

My family visited the Pearl Street Mall on a Sunday morning. It was nice to walk around and see folks enjoying the many coffee places. There are a lot of stores selling a variety of goods. All in all a nice place for a walk on a sunny day.
