It's a must see. The cadets are amazingly professional as young as they are! The chapel of many faiths was overwhelming. They also have a beam from the WTC towers from 9/11 but also it memorializes the entire day. Very emotional to see. Don't miss USAF academy.

It was a wonderful attraction since my husband was in the Air Force. The chapel was awesome. The film gives you information from the time students start the academy to the end. Great place to visit.

It's worth a couple of hours visit here. The facility is huge but the part where you're allowed to go is pretty limited (for good reason). The cathedral is gorgeous and the visitor center is nice and modern. We did the little hike between the visitor center and cathedral (about 1/3 miles) which wasn't too bad although they have signs... Just drove around the Academy, didn't have a tour, but it is an incredible facility and so worth seeing if you can.

The chapel is really great on base, and is just beautiful. The base provides an insight into the lives of the those who work for the Air Force.

The facility includes a large area accessible to the public. The visitor center provides excellent documentation and a superb gift shop. Be sure to visit the chapel and the B-52 display. There is no cost to visit.

Exceeded my expectations. The campus is beautiful and the Cadet Chapel is awe inspiring! The visitors center/museum is a nice stop, but I was dissapointed in the short shrift it gave Air Force history. The best part about the center is you can take a short walk from if over to the Chapel and an overlook into the cadet area.... More
