Our family went to the 16th street mall in December and June. There were many good shops and restaurants on the street. We took FREE buses for shopping.

Very cool vibe here. We road the light rail down and bussed over to the mall. So many things going on there! Great restaurants, tons of people and it just feels like you're experiencing Denver life when you walk down the street!

It has potential. The city of Denver needs to get rid of all the homeless vagrants loitering the streets and it would be a lot better. Until that happens, it's not a safe place for families.

Enjoyed my visit. A must if you are visiting Denver. A great pedestrian mall area that is built on city blocks. Lots of casual to fine dining choices. Stores both well known and local. I enjoyed sitting outside watching the outdoor piano player

Back in the 70s, many cities put in pedestrian malls, thinking they would be people-friendly places that would boost business.
