This place is fun for kids of all ages. They have lots of vintage arcade games. We like the skeeball. Some of their machines were out of order which is understandable considering their age but it was noticeable. Fun place.

We spent about an hour on a couple occasions wandering through here. There are lots of fun, vintage games. We especially enjoyed playing pinball and skeeball.
My husband and I spent Valentines Day at the Arcade and Penny Arcade. It was the best date ever!! We spent hours playing games and reminiscing about playing our favorite childhood games. They also have new games like DDR but the penny arcade is purely amazing. Every game is one penny and makes me think of my grandparents. It was...

The arcade is like a museum of midway and boardwalk amusements from the early 1900s until the present. Skee-ball, pinball, air hockey, and a huge variety of video games from the 80s and 90s. Great place to take kids.
The arcade was not open while we were there, but it was fun to walk around all the old rides they have outside. Brought back fond memories of begging my parents for money to climb on one of the machines they always had outside the grocery stores when I was a kid.
Lots of old machines--pinball, fortune tellers and WW2 peep show windows, plus old penny rides and skeeball (and more). Maybe not a big enough draw for adults to spend a whole evening, but definitely fun to walk through and see!
I have been going to this Penny Arcade since I was a young child in the late 1940s. It hasn't really changed all that much: it was great then and it is great now. Some of the original games are still there and are still working. Some of the games cost only one penny. I can't think of Manitou without...

Fun to see the older stuff again. Large area of machines. Tight fight in some of the shops though. It wasn't very crowded when we were there. I can see it being a problem though if it was full. But, well worth the browsing (and a little playing).
If you're into these game machines,..this is your place. They have everything you could possibly want. Your kids will go crazy,..so bring a lot of change. Their hours are strange though,..they close early in the evenings,..it's more of a Saturday thing, I guess. So if you promise your kids, ...make sure they're open first,..or you'll have one upset child on...
