The Overlook offers a great alternative to the other two spas. The big one is zoo like, the little one does not keep the womens bath houseclean. At the Overlook, the showers are awesome, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. You can enjoy a beer or wine while viewing the sunset from the rooftop tubs.

Very beautiful bathhouse! The tubs are very private and it is the perfect place for a honeymoon..which is what we were on. We went for the couples massage and left feeling so cared for and revitalized! Very friendly atmosphere as well...rooftop hot springs under the stars..oh yeah!

All good! One of the best places to end the day in Pagosa. Have been going to the hot springs for 18 years. 1st class.

My husband and I scheduled massages. It was very nice and we left feeling like we were walking on air.

C'mon, a hottub overlooking the main drag and river, does it get any better? Did I mention a good glass of wine and a fair price?

Very pricey, but well worth it. The resort is well appointed and the therapist was knowledgeable and really worked out the kinks. I would go back even though it was expensive.

They have everything you need within walking distance. Love the mineral baths. Reserve ahead of time they fill occupancy fast!
