Great skiing with my children, I at a beginner level and they, as experts, rising and falling with expressions of joy on their faces. My husband and they slid nimbly and we agreed on various restaurants and cafes offering the place. The wonderful time and the snow very appropriate for dates.

Beaver Creek is fantastic. I really liked it. I did have a weird experience with one of the Ski School supervisors.

Seems very spread out- there is the Birds of Prey area for experts, and great beginners terrain, but in spite of their statistics, it felt like the blue runs were in the minority. we felt like we were spending a lot of ski time on cat walks trying to ski from Beaver Creek through to Arrowhead and back.

Beaver Creek (a Vail Resort) is hosting the 2015 Alpine Ski World Championships...which includes the downhill. It is quite a coincidence because the Beaver Creek Ski area is going downhill!!! Not only is there no more daytime grooming but their is no longer much night time grooming. Yesterday there were two slopes I found groomed. It was a bad time... More

I have skied at Vail for years and I have noticed that they have cut way back on their grooming of runs. I don't know whether they put all their efforts and machines in the Terrain Parks and Half Pipes, but that it what it looks like. Maybe they are sitting in their corporate offices on the Front Range and... More

Tons of new snow and challenging powder conditions. The groomers worked and had the mountain in excellent shape each day.

While Vail gets the most press, Beaver Creek is a superb ski area with trails for all abilities. It will take you days to ski this huge area. The village is amazingly luxurious. A great place to visit in the summer also.

In all our times skiing here, I have always like Beaver Creek a lot. Great runs, good snow, really good layout to the mountain. This time Vail was also great. It probably helped to have new snow so the Back Bowls were really good. I really had a GREAT TIME skiing Vail the last 2 days. Expect more great skiing... More

We skiied 4 days at Beaver Creek and 1 at Vail. We have skiied Vail many times before. There is nothing like the customer service that one receives in Beaver Creek. From the escalators to their slogan of "Not Exactly Roughing it" - I am in love. There were staff members everywhere to help whether with directions, carrying skies or... More

I am a snowboarder and I have visited Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Beaver Creek. Vail is my least favorite because it is too big. Breckenridge was my favorite because of the long runs and variety.
