“Tour price doesn't include payment to tour guide”

We generally enjoyed the Segway experience (90 min tour) but I was a bit taken-aback when we arrived and they told us that the tour guide was a volunteer and depended on tips. Hi, Thank you for honest review. We're glad you enjoyed your Segway experience, but we're sorry you were disappointed in tipping the tour guide. The company's policy is that the tour price difference covers their cost of the segway being on the road, and the Guides' do sincerely volunteer their time. “Great Fun!”

This is a very well run establishment with fast and friendly service. The segways are in great condition and easy to operate. I would highly recommend that you stay on the path along the beach although it can get crowded in places. The sidewalks are too narrow and can be dangerous. My husband almost fell into traffic.

Wow! Awesome! Great! These words certainly describe how we felt about our "rookie" experience on the Segway. Great fun. Very accommodating. The path to ride the segways was along the beach with a great view. Easy registration. Segways operated well.

“First timers”

Julie was a great instructor for helping a couple of "Oldies" get prepared for their very first Seg experience!!! She made sure we were both comfortable and able to truly enjoy the ride!! We will certainly try this again.

“Best segway tour in town!”

We have been on a segway tour before but Segs by the Sea offered a much better experience. We had a great guide, Joey, who told us interesting things but also let us "ride free" and make the most of the experience. The route was beautiful and peaceful. We'll be renting again next week when new guests arrive! Try it.

“Segs are awesome & so are Julie & Joey”

Had two wonderful Segway excursions with Segs from Segs by the sea! First was a guided tour with Joey who showed us how easy it is!! Then we went back for a second helping on our own. So easy to ride and so fun to fly along the beach path!!

What a blast! At 65 I never thought this would happen. Everyone at "Segs By The Sea" was very encouraging and helpful.
