Great wide beach with clear, warm water. The umbrellas are ~$16 per chair, so remember to bring your own or be prepared to fork over the cash. There aren't any signs (at least not on the part of the beach we were on) so just watch for the guy wandering around collecting money.

Large variety of places to eat and good atmosphere for a anyone visiting....the beach was a good area to hang out and get to know the area a little better

The water is very blue, public beaches are very clean. I liked that the beaches went on for MILES. You could literally walk along the A1A and go swimming whenever it got too hot.

Just plain fun. We ate, enjoyed people watching and had a drink as the boats went by. There was a reggae soloist there and the steel drum just rounded out the whole supper time.

A perfect stop for an hour or all day. Beaches are clean, safe and long. Sand turtle sanctuaries are everywhere so be careful!

The beach was beautiful and the service from our hotel at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort was really good on the beach.

Beach is beautifully kept, always clean, and not crowded in the June/summer off-peak season. I have been coming here for years and truly enjoy it. Highly recommended.
