This park district facility has everything: tennis, softball and soccer fields, outdoor pool, and a large gymnasium with programs which are open to the public. We joined a great group of people playing pickleball. The fees are reasonable.

This is the back of the main road but the Pool has a slide and it's very cheap for a day with the kids , good day out for the family on a cheap budget. Well worth it.

Everything. Very reasonable prices - tons of things for kids to do. FRIENDLY staff and community atmosphere. Great way to spend the day on the cheap.

Bay Oaks has a wonderful family pool. You have to keep your eye out for it because it sits off the road a bit. Look for Tops supermarket and its right next door. A place for sports and local activities, has the only public tennis courts on the island. Located mid island next to the beach school , not easy to find. Free parking too. Nature walking park is about 2 blocks away and is very nice, known as Matanzas Preserve. Check them both out.

If you want to play doubles tennis but don't like having to make arrangements this place is perfect.
