Every mate on the ship was not only friendly but helpful. The bartender was great. We were expecting okay drinks but the bloody marys were delicious. While the food is a little expensive and has a limited selection, you are not prohibited from bringing your own snacks onto the boat. The ride to Key West did get a bit choppy...

Three of us made a plan to take the Key West Express while we were on vacation in Fort Myers Beach. The price was reasonable, and they make it very convenient to go down for 1 day or several. Very convenient parking for your vehicle also.

What's not to like: Three floors of comfortable seating inside or out, large screen TVs, snack bar and a liquor bar. The ride was smooth and the scenery was fabulous.

Took the Key West Express in April. Huge boat w/ wonderful service. Lots of room to roam around or just sit back in their comfortable chairs to watch a movie. Smooth sailing both too and fro. I would highly recommend it.

We just had a couple visit from Key West. We were afraid the windy weather would render them sea-sick, but no, they said it was fast and smooth. Great service and the parking and pick up at the end was very easy for us.

We were thrilled to discover we could take a day trip to Key West from Fort Myers Beach. It was easy to get to. Lots of room to park. Plenty of TV screens to watch a game or pass the time.

We used this ferry service from Fort Myers Beach for a 2 day visit to Key West. We booked round-trip tickets on their website 8 days in advance to get a small discount. They ask that you call the day before to verify schedule but we drove there to see where they were exactly located so we checked in then...

The boat/check in crew are completely unprofessional and extremely rude.
They portray an attitude like they are doing you a favor.
Checking into the ticketing window the lady was obnoxious and extremely rude!
The boat tickets are 150.00 per person but they still want you to pay 10.00 for car parking??
The 4 hour boat ride was awful.
