They always have an interesting selection of animals. The staff has great information to share. It is clean and a fun walk through the sanctuary for any age.

Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is a tropical nature center and wildlife hospital which is free to visit although they love and need donations. Everyone in your family will enjoy wandering the trails and attending the regularly scheduled talks where they can see specific animals up close. Many of the animals can't be released into the wild because of their injuries, but... More

A really well run & maintained wildlife rehabilitaiton facility that is also a fun & interesting place to visit for all ages. No, it's not "a zoo" but most of the critters you'll see do have to live out their lives there because they've been too badly injured, or too socialized with humans to survive in the wild. The majority... More

This is an animal rehabilitation center. Everyone here is extremely nice. Lots of animals to look at and plenty of staff to answer questions. Would highly recommend stopping by for a walk through.

Perfect for kids, the staff makes a great effort to engage the kids and teach them at the same time. At certain times of the day there's an "animal encounter" where they'll bring out smaller animals and explain their backstory and let the kids touch them. When we were there they had baby alligators which was neat. It's a great... More

It's great to see these animals get the care they deserve. Fun for the family. Beware of the heat when you go in the summer, but it's still fun for a morning trip. Try to make the show!

What a great place to spend an afternoon with the family or on a date. All the animals have been rescued or are being rehabilitated to go back into the wild. They operate on donations and through volunteers and manage to maintain a beautiful facility. You can get right up close to the Florida Panther and watch them teaching the... More

This is a great place to visit if you are in the Palm Beach Area. Not only will you see native Florida wildlife, you will see a group of people executing a noble mission; saving wildlife that can't take care of itself. Eagles, Florida Panther, bobcat, falcons, owls to name a few. This is not a tourist destination. It is... More

Many animals of the local area here. Located nicely in the woods, so it's never too hot and you can see some wildlife. Don't forget to check out the bear exhibit. Admission is free but you should make a donation. Some of the animals need bigger/better exhibits (they're building a new one for the panthers right now).
