My wife and I met Robert at the Hotel Astorf. Seems we were the only 2 people for this Monday morning tour and we received personal attention throughout the two plus hours. Robert was very knowledgable about the history of Miami and art deco as he walked us through the ups and downs of Miami Beach history. Saw the inside... More

Hi, My husband and I were visiting Miami Beach for the first time and booked this trip after reading great reviews on here. Being from Scotland Miami is like a different planet to us and all I really knew about Miami was the beach and Miami Vice. This tour opened my eyes to stunning buildings and interesting history and breathtaking... More

My husband and I took the Art Deco tour on Friday 17th May 2013. It started promptly at 13h00 when our guide, John, gave us an idea of what to expect and started with some information on the hotel where we met (the Astor). John was informative and entertaining and went out of his way to impart a lot of... More

We are so glad we decided to take this tour. It was very educational and a lot of fun. I appreciated all the details we learned about art deco and the events that evolved the city of Miami. John, our tour guide was informative and went above and beyond to make sure the tour was fun.

He told us how and why Miami Deco is different than New York or even Toronto. As a design major I knew some of this but having the local perspective not to mention a... More

We love art and architecture and our tour guide was the best. Super interesting, with lots of anecdotes and examples. After this tour, we did not have to go take a tour anywhere else downtown, we understood what South Beach is about !!! Thank you so much for this great experience !!!

Everyone has seen the Art Deco buildings. Now, you can learn a bit about them too. Knowledgeable guide. Costs $20.00 per person. It takes about two hours. Worthwhile.

Thsi tour is a must when visiting Miami Beach. Unique in the world. The Washington Av. Part of the walking tour is not very nice, rather shabby.
