Spent a half day there, massage, sauna etc. a really enjoyable experience. We rarely use the spa services of a hotel but were really glad we did this time. The facility is user friendly to even a novice and the staff is very helpful if you need it.

So when I checked in our valet gave us coupons for $50 off at the spa which I was looking forward to. The relaxation areas were fine but it always seemed that there were too many people talking. I've been to spas all over the world and the best ones that I like have darkened quiet rooms that discourage talking...

My sisters and I received treatments in December 2012. The spa itself is beautiful and the rooms, receiving area, and foyer are lovely. The facial treatment was calming and it included some traditional components, like a steam treatment that I seldom see practiced anymore. However, all three of us were treated by estheticians that talked throughout our entire treatments. We...

Had a really good visit, but I wished I had planned more time for the experience. If you go, have a lot of time before and after to use the facilities, including the rooftop pool. My biggest complaint was that they spelled my name wrong, and so kept calling me by a name that started with a B instead of...

I enjoyed a wonderful 50 minute body treatment at the spa followed by the perfect lunch! It was the most relaxing spa experience I have had in a very long time. And lunch at H2O was divine! The food was light and healthy but extremely flavorful. The only bad part was having to leave to attend a conference I was...

Ok, so you have been to a spa right? But you really haven't until you have gone here. After the best facial imaginable and the best massage and Mani pedi ......take a relaxing dip in the mineral pool overlooking the ocean. Yes, it is heaven. What a wonderful way to relax.
I remember the real Ritz Carltons, they were something special. Impeccable, there is not much of that now that America is in decline. Well, the Ritz is declining too. The spa, skip it, waste of time and money.
I live in Naples and therefore can not get a massage at the spa. The other services are available. I even tried in the summer months when everything is slower in Naples and still wasn't allowed to get one because I was not a guest at the hotel or member of the club.
Terrific spot to view the sunset. Beautiful hotel.
Had an 80-minute massage from jamie who was excellent! I also had a "signature pedicure" that was so relaxing and the polish has lasted 2 weeks already. This full-service spa has a rooftop pool and delicious smoothies from H20 cafe. Definitely worth a visit.
