I love the wave pool and the rest of the family likes the slides. As the kids have gotten older though I think they would find Blizzard Beach more exciting.

This is by far the best waterpark in orlando, pipping blizzard beach by a tiny margin. The lazy river is amazing!

Fantastic for all the family, you can relax and sunbathe if you like on the man made beach coves or be active and try all the fab slides they have to over. Has a large splash area for young children and a slow river rapid ride for all the family. For the more daring there are various flume rides. Brilliant...

We bought Fla resident passes to both parks-typhoon lagoon and blizzard beach for less than $100.00-unlimited 1 yr....well worth the $$.. You can bring in your own food, snack, drinks. NO PARKING FEE!! Downside-only open until 5pm most nights. My kids loved the wave pool the best.

Loved: the wave pool, the tube rides-all of them.
The effect is a tropical beach so it's very relaxing here.
Not so good: the food (but, you can pack your own and bring it inside)

I like Typhoon Lagoon because my husband, I and the little ones get to hang out in the pool while our bigger children get to get on whatever water rides that they want to and meet up with us every hour.

There are family friendly things to do for young children through teens through adults. The little ones can enjoy a special play area,...
