What a great night of theatre. We watched Titus Andronicus in their smaller theatre. Was an amazing thing to watch. Don't miss this.

I took my daughter to see "Miss Nelson Has a Field Day" on its opening weekend. I'm so glad I did. It is an intimate setting with casual atmosphere. Not only were the sets and performances top notch, but before the performance, they engaged the kids with a hula hoop competition and a "Gangnam Style" dance party. I was very... More

This local Shakespeare Theater is one of the best. Their productions are excellent. The theater is small and intimate. You literally feel like you are part of the production. The Orlando Shakespeare Theater's latest production of Othello was perfection. They usually produce two plays a season with one set in traditional time/setting and one updated to a more recent time.

They do an excellent job of providing good quality shakespeare. Have been to at least one show every season in the last 15 years. I have to drive an hour to see them. Never dissappointed with a performance, theatre has great seats no matter where you sit!

I took my youngest son to see a play based on Jack and the Beanstalk. I wasn't sure if he would have a good time but the look on his face said it all. We created a great memory and that made my day!

Last week my family and I went to see Sense and Sensibility! It was wonderful. The acting was very good and the size of the theater is just right. Even if you have to sit in the back, you can hear and see everything. It had been a few years since I had been to the Shakespeare Theater. They have... More

This theatre company only has good acting and productions! I have attended performances there for many years and they never cease to let me down. One of my delights in theatrical productions comes in seeing the cleverness of using the simple set to "back-up" the story. This troupe does it best when they are doing plays in repertory - using... We attended the play, "Five Women Wearing the Same Dress." The audience was pitifully small, but the cast gave it their very best, and were extremely professional, including one actress, who had only recently replaced someone who was unable to perform. The theatre has three stages, and during the intermissions, you can see and hear what is going on in... More
