This park is located on the beautiful bay front drive in Pensacola, FL. This memorial is a very good example of the Citizenry acknowledging the one's who have sacrificed for our Freedoms. I strongly recommend everyone that visits Pensacola to set aside some time to visit this park to reflect on our past military and service men and women. You... More

Beautifully kept. Very, very moving. Wonderful tribute to our nation's heroes! The Wall was incredible, and beautifully done.

Tis would be a wonderful place to go to..... But there are tons of homeless people hanging around drinking booze out of bags and kids on skate boards skating around the monuments. I wish they would put up a sign telling them both to stay away. It was fun listening to 20 kids skating around screaming F this and F... More

I stumbled upon this treasure as I was exploring the city. Then I was so wowed by this park that I brought my husband back later. It has a Vietnam wall replica here (where I found my cousin's name) and a USMC Huey helicopter as a central point. It also boasts a Korean Memorial, and a WW1 and WW2 memorial.... More

We holiday each year from England but I'm embarrassed to say this was my first visit to the Veterans Memorial Park, better late than never I guess. It was nice to see a quote from Winston Churchill and I particularly enjoyed the WW2 section as both my parents were involved in that war back home. My dad was in India... More

We love the view of the water and bridge from the park. Memorials are great, lots of room for the kids to run. The helicopter is always a hit with the kids.

"Mini Wall" is a poor copy of the original masterpiece in D.C. Everyone should see the original It is an emotional experience. This isn't.

Rasmussen"s sculpture is phenomenal. He"s Director of the Naval Aviation Museum, and a few other things like an ex-Blue Angel. Want to know more? Just Google Robert Rasmussen.

Peaceful. The adjoining park is beautiful for a stroll and the Veterans park is perfect for quiet contemplation. Both parks are excellent places to view the 4th of July fireworks.
