i love chocolate so much, and claude's has the best! if you're unsure of which kind to try, get one of their assorted samplers. my personal favorite flavors are the mayan spicy, earl grey tea, and valencia orange. More

Claude's is a neat little place in downtown St Augustine. Everything here, is made by hand. I would say that it is mostly for those who prefer dark chocolate. Cognac Truffles are so delicately made that they melt in your mouth after a light crack of the chocolate. This is not a chain. Great pains have been made to make these chocolates. These chocolates are like nothing you have EVER tasted! The process they go through to make them is absolutely painstaking and you can taste the difference. Some of them are printed with adorable designs. Just LOVE this place! More

Visited shop on a Chocolate City Walks tour. The shop is clean, organized, classy. There are artwork pieces for sale, hanging around shop. We got to try 2 truffles and were given 5 more in a goodie bag. The service was nice & professional. Try the Mayan (spicy chocolate) and the lemon or orange & chocolate truffles. More

Claude's Chocolate shop was included on our food tour. I would have wished for a dark chocolate with creme fraiche interior but the sea salt dark chocolate carmel was the next tastiest option. More
