Well spent time at Whetstones chocolate factory in St Augustine, Fla. Small chocolate factory making high chocolate and fudge. Located a short walk from the historic district. Tiffany was our tour guide and she was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about chocolate and their production methods. Learned a lot about chocolate we did not now and the chocolate was quite good.

A 4-tiered tasting distinguishes the characteristics of our dark, milk and white chocolate, cocoa nibs and more. Taste freshly made chocolates and confections while you walk through our factory. This tour is for the chocoholic with a discriminating palate searching for the subtleties that define artisan chocolates. A decandantly delicious experience!Whetstone Chocolate Factory and Store. Chocolate Tasting Tours available Tuesday through Saturday. Store hours Monday through Saturday 10am - 5:30pm, Sunday 12pm to 5pm.

Toured yesterday. Hubby, me, 2 kids (15 & 11), and the grandparents. Tiffany was our guide. She is a relatively new guide but you couldn't tell. She did a GRAT job! We enjoyed our tour of Whetstone's Chocolate Factory, as well as the samples of chocolate given to us on the tour. Our guide was good at explaining the chocolate making process, as well as the differences between the chocolate. And, she was quite pleasant.

Had a lot of fun! Looking for somewhere to go on a rainy day -- an excellent choice! Great tour, very interesting and informative! Tiffany is an amazing and sweet guide, making everything fun and interesting. You won't put anything in your mouth here that isn't delicious!

We were in the area and went on this tour. Tiffany our tour guide was very knowledgable and helpful when asked questions. It was fun learning about the different types of candy especially the free samples.. End up spending over 50 on candy.. Was fun and informative

Fabulous tour and tasting at the Whetstone Chocolate Factory! Definitely should call ahead for reservations, however. We didn't and had to wait a bit! Certainly worth the wait. It was a good educational tour wherein we learned a lot about making chocolate and got to taste several varieties. The tour through the factory provided us with a freshly made chocolate!...
