If you want to go to a beautiful large beach with few people this is where you should go. They have very good facilities and plenty of parking, although we were there on a Monday so weekends may be different.

Wide beaches for morning walks. Be sure and ask about the gate code--they don't mention it lets you get through a short cut to the main road (only that it gets you back in after hours). We stayed, in tents, in March and April 2013. Let me say first, it's a great place! Clean, neat and beautiful. Downside... It's noisy. You're only aloud two tents per area.
