We saw the Sarasota Ballet perform Theatre of Dreams at the Asolo. Our seats were in the mezanine and our view was perfect. The performance was accompanied by live music and we were able to hear every note. The seating capacity is just around 500. Perfect! A rather historic building and very beautiful inside.

Great two person play which was excellently done. Staff made a mistake and sold our seats twice but folks next to us did not show up.

Great venue to see a play. It feel like you are back in time where all seats are close to the stage. Not a bad seat in the house. Comfortable and elegant.

My wife and I have been to The Asolo a number of times and have not seen a bad show. Good sight lines and a nice variety of shows. First rate actors.

The performances alternate, with drama one night, comedy the next and music the following night. It enables visitors to Sarasota and the surrounding areas to enjoy the theatre multiple times every visit

The show we saw was well performed. The ingress and egress were easy. all in all a pleasant experience.

There's nothing to dislike about the Asolo (except how to pronounce it !!). Easy parking, good seats (for a price) excellent selection of shows, fine performance are hallmarks of this Sarasota must. Go - you won't be disappointed. Oh yes, it IS quite expensive.

This is a great theatre with good seating and easy access to all seats. The performance was well worth attending and I would expect was typical of the quality offered.
