Be prepared for abstract sculpture. The Ann Norton pieces are large brickworks. Interesting to look at but not really to my taste. But the gardens were pleasant and worth a look for the $7 entry fee. The house where you enter also houses art. Again abstract pieces by both Ann Norton and, during my visit, a temporary show of mixed... More

I recently was staying at the Chesterfield Palm Beach hotel which is walking distance to this garden, so I was able to leisurely walk over and explore. What a lovely garden with interesting sculptures this was. I couldn't believe it was free. I'd definitely recommend a visit, especially if you're staying in the area.

This is a place you think you've died and gone to Heaven. It is right on the Intracoastal. They have a beautiful house and gardens to explore. They have parties and receptions some nights if you are a member.

I do not know how I missed this in the 15 or so years I have been visiting the Lake Worth/West Palm Beach area. Everyone knows of the Norton Museum, but this is a separate institution nearby, with a wonderful story and changing exhibits. You can visit the sculpting studio of the late Ann Norton, the second wife of the... More

The Ann Norton Scultpure Gardens is a unique place. One can walk around and see her mammoth sculptures, or peruse the interior which always has an art display of either one artist or a collection of several. On one visit, they were preparing for a party and I could just imagine holding my daughter's wedding there. What a lovely place.

You could easily miss this driving up Flagler but we caught sight of it the week before and were so glad we went back to check it out. The $7 entrance fee is well worth it. we were greeted by a lovely lady who gave us the history of the building and Ann Nortons life before setting us loose in... More

Easily accessible from Palm Beach or it is in West Palm Beach. Always, a pleasant place to visit and enjoy the works of art. At Christmas, there are a series of Christmas trees, each done with its own theme. Creativity and serenity reign in this space.

At first it is a little startling to see statuary in the midst of big old trees, shrubs and flowers! It is a beautiful garden, and it always seems that there is something new, even though what it really means is I missed something last time - always worth a repeat visit.
