What an unexpected gem. We finally stopped aftert we passed it hundreds of times driving south on 95. The exhibits are expertly displayed and explained. You feel as if you are a part of history. It is the unsanitized version of WWII that you don't really hear about.

World class museum right off of 95. Do yourself a big favor tho and make sure you eat prior to getting to the museum. The on-site restaurant is the antithesis of good service.

A beautiful and impressive facility with great volunteers. The B-17 restoration project looks great, the Chapel and stained glass are superb. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit.
