My favorite part of the park is the great pool. There is a large kiddy pool that is only 1-2 feet deep. There are 5 water slides in the kiddy pool. They are really small. There is another plain pool which is 3-5 feet deep. Another pool (the biggest) is about 4 feet deep and has two diving boards. No... More

Burdette has a lot of different things for you to do 1. There is the pool - it's more of a mini-water park with large water slides for big kids and shallow splash area for the little ones with little one sized slides. It's a little pricey for a public pool but it does offer a lot and you can... More

I took my family to this park several times over the course of the summer. we always have a good time. We always pack a picnic lunch. we would eat at the canteen but it is a bit pricie and the food is not all that great, but this park is a great place for a family

My family has used Burdette lodges as the gathering place during Christmas for several years now. Depending on which cabin we've gotten, the space has occasionally been a bit crowded (usually about 30-40 of us), but overall it's been a nice fit. The fireplaces keep the place plenty toasty, and the tables (and sometimes kitchen depending on the cabin) are... More

My wife and I recently attended a wedding at the Lodge at Burdette Park. We rented one of the chalets at the Park for our overnight stay. The chalet actually had enough room for 8 but we decided to stay there anyway because if was a great rate ($150). The chalet was wonderful - jacuzzi, private bath and king bed... More

This park has really nice trails to walk and is really pretty. We walked the trail from USI, and it was a lovely walk. It's nice to have such a green area in the middle of the city.

My husband, daughter and I stayed at Burdette for 10 days (end of July, first of August, 2012). The night we got there, the park manager (lady that takes the money) came over to our RV and explained to us that when we use the shower house, be sure to lock the door behind us as there had been a...
