Bring the children - or come alone - this is a great zoo. Wonderful walkways and interesting exhibits. There is always something new and new areas being developed. You'll be surprised to find such a quality zoo in a relatively small city.

The interaction available for kids is awesome. Grownups can also appreciate the private listening experience available at most viewings. The zoo is open 364...

The grand kids love this place, well other then the walking part. Lot of great animals and plenty of places to sit and talk or rest.

The jungle aviary was a hot and steamy enchantment. We arrived when it opened, and eventually we had to leave some exhibits unvisited, since we were completely exhausted and suffering from sensory overload. An...

The Sedgewick County Zoo is amazing. In several of the new exhibits, you are the one in encaged and the animals have a large area to live in with natural surroundings similar to what they have in the wild! One of the top ten zoos in the country. You should definately go.
