i love this hike!! Great views from both pinnacles!! Just remember to bring a camera and some water! I really want to camp at the top when the weather gets warmer.
The Berea Pinnacles are a beautiful place to hike. If you love to be out in nature this is definitely a place you should visit. It is great to go with a group of friends and hike up to the top and enjoy the view.
I was born just outside Berea during the depression. When I was about 9 to about 13, various 'best friends' and I used to practically live on top of Indian Fort Mountain (not called "The Pinnacles" then, just "the mountains"). We almost had the whole area to ourselves then, as Berea was just a small town with a college, and... More
Situated at the Indian Fort Theatre, so if there is an event going on - come another day. Coming to Berea alone is a great experience, the college, the arts, the history is a town were you can do many things perfect for family and friends. However visiting Old Town and College Square is not everything there is, you must also experience the beautiful hills that surround Berea. This is why I recommend the Pinnacles. The Pinnacles are... This is one of the few places in Berea that I long to go to often and never grow tired of. i strongly suggest this... More
Being a runner for the college, we decide to run up the pinnacles for our long distance run. It is a fun place to get your exercise and look out at some beautiful scenery. The college host their Mountain Day here and it is a fun place to camp for the night. Just make sure you stay away from the... More

I have been there once for my college Mountain Day and had a great time there. The Pinnacles also offer terrain if you are feeling adventurous and want to take a hike with several of your... More
I am from the area, so I am very familiar with the trail, but it never gets old. The trek up is about a mile and a half, but it isn't strenuous. It definitely requires some planning on the clothing front, but other than that it is fairly easy. It is all worth it to see the view from either... More
