My friends and I love going to Actors Theater. We usually go as a large group to see Dracula and Christmas Story or Christmas Carol. It's a small intimate atmopshere and the actors organizations have all been wonderful.
Came here once to watch the show Dracula by far one of the best shows I have ever seen. Kept me intrigued from start to finish if you get a chance to see it I highly recommend you do.
Great way to see 6 + new plays, with fantastic production values, great acting and directing. I try to go every year. And the new restaurant in the Theatre is delish.
We've seen everything from musicals to drama and we've always been pleased! Actors Theatre is a real blessing for Louisville and I hope it never goes away!!
Thank you AToL for making new plays happen for the nation and the world to enjoy after you've nurtured them! My favorite type of theatrical venue is theater-in-the-round and one day I will have one comparable to yours. I swear it! :-)

"Appropriate" by Braden Jacobs-Jenkins is a powerful play at a southern family that is united to settle the estate. The family secrets they...

We saw one of the Humana festival plays, and both the acting an production aspects were really impressive. I dragged my(teen) kids, but they really loved it and we had a great talk about it. One minor complaint--they didn't blink lights in the lobby to indicate the play start, and after intermission. Perhaps it's because there are multiple spaces, but...
