We enter from the end away from the midway and try to take in as much of the exhibits as possible before spending a few minutes on the midway. It's a very traditional country fair with tractor pulls, animial exhibits and all sorts of crafts. We never miss it. Look for discout tickets and discount days. Parking is pretty easy,... More

Montgomery County may be bordering Washington, DC - but you will not believe it when you step onto the fairgrounds. Aside from a full midway with rides and games & various food options - the animal exhibits and arts/crafts/food competitions are amazing. The fair is heavily tied into 4H and the animal and exhibit pavilions are a must see. Family... More

We went w 2 adults and a 4 year old and 2 year old. First, parking was $10. Adult admission. $10 each. Then food. $5 for a hot dog. $5 for ice cream, the size of a kid cone. Outrageous!,,, That's not even the rides. Rides are at least $3 or $4 each. In the younger age range ther are... More

I've been today to the fair with my 5 and 2 year old. We had a nice time, and got tired before exploring all the options. plenty of what to do and see for toddlers who appreciate the animals, demonstrations and shows, and (highlight for them) the John Deer Tractors. Regarding pricing, we've come with our own water and snacks,... More

The parking fee at Perry Parkway was $10 while the parking area in Dalamar St was only $89. We bought multi pass rides forour two kids by online $20 each ticket plus $3 convenient fee, & expenses inside the Agricultural Fair was about $92. The entrance fee is free for kids under 12. We didn't allow our kids to participate... More

it's always fun to go to the fair, but it has become much too expensive. I can't imagine how families with young kids can afford to spend a day at the fair, which in my opinion, is such a shame.

Mongomery County Agriculture Fair was boring, expensive, and over-crowded. Animal Exhibits were poorly kept (unkempt) and smelly. Food was over-priced; Parking and Entry Fee was too expensive for this kind of event. Felt cheated.

Took my children and niece to the fair and must say we all had a nice time. We enjoyed the many exhibits, especially the different animals. It is waaaay too expensive, though. Just to walk through the gates, it cost us close to $60. Food and water throughout the day was another $100. We did buy the bracelets so the... More

This is an annual agricultural fair held in Montgomery County. Parking was $5 per car and admission was $8 for adults. The main reason people go to fairs is for the exhibits, animals and carnival. We went on the first day the fair opened and started with the animal exhibits. Most of them were empty. They had one barn with... More
