My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here. We especially liked the lighthouse tour. It was beautiful and worth the trip.

My husband is a Chesapeake Bay waterman. He very much enjoyed the exhibits. Great for depicting life on the Bay.

Kids loved this museum, still talk about it 6mos+ later. Several activities, lots to read...not the best museum in the world but definitely top in attractions for the area if you're there visiting.

There were several instances where the staff was rude to others . It also was like the museum was their own private club and they didn't want people to intrude on their space.

I suggest using this place for a wedding rehearsal luncheon. The pavillion by the water was a gorgeous back drop. Very laid back and all of our guests loved it!

We love the Calvert Marine Museum and especially the otters. They have a touch tank and a little place to look for fossils. It is a very interesting place to learn more about the Chesapeake Bay and the kids love it!
