We started playing this course before the clubhouse was built. We have a bunch of golf addicts that go to Cape Cod early annually. It was initially awesome-unfortunately the competition from other courses has evidently submarined this track. They have let it go, poor maintenance, cheap carts, bad greens. Clubhouse might be good for weddings, but overall a D+ (maybe).... More

I hadn't been to Waverly oaks in about 2 years when they were thinking about selling it for the movie studio. I was concerned they might not be keeping it up. When the deal fell through I decided to return as it was one of my favorite places to play. Unfortunately I was disappointed in the up keep and the... More

The course speaks for itself: incredible views, unique holes and very fair. The staff is a joke they should take a lesson from Pinehils.

You have to know the history to understand the title. I had heard it was smaller than expected but for me I thought it was just right to tie a small boat to.

Great course and wonderful layout. 17 holes are terrific and the only average hole is #18. It's very well maintained and run. You will love the clubhouse too.

It's the second time me and my golf buddies visit here from overseas. We played here late April just before the prime season started (same as last year). Both times we played Waverly Oaks and Pinehills. We find it necessary to play Waverly at least twice during our week stay here, the golf course is on par with Pinhills courses.... More

Waverly Oaks Golf Course is located off Rt. 3 in Plymouth. I play there 15 times a year and usually in very good shape. It has five sets of tees and large greens. Most fairways slope slightly on both sides into the middle. The greens fees maybe up to $85 in the high time. If you join their email list,... More

We played here a couple times because Pinehills was booked. I love Pinehills - the feel of being on the Cape with a well architected fun course. Waverly did not disappoint, it is very similar. Five sets of tees to select from, so varied skill levels can golf together. The course is in good shape this year, the movie lot... More

The Good: The course is well maintained and a fun course to play. Wide open, not overly difficult but a good challenge if one plays the correct tees. The Bad: The staff needs some lessons in customer service. I felt like I was imposing on the starter when I asked him for some course information. The heavy set fellow (Mark?)... More
