This is a favorite place for us to go when we are in Yarmouthport. It has a great, long boardwalk over the marsh. It is interesting for the kids, especially when the tide is out and they can see the fish and sea life in the marsh. It overlooks Chapin Beach in Dennis and is a lovely place for an... More

The title says it all; my favorite aspect is the boardwalk that extends out over the marsh. Directly opposite (across the water) is Chapin Beach, and what we used to call (and I still do) the clam factory...an aquaculture company that harvests, grows, and sells shellfish. Easily accessible from 6A.

Except when the green head flies torment everyone, this is a "must see" for those who love marshes. Different every day. (Flies are there from mid-July to mid-August.) Walk out on the boardwalk and see the sun set. An osprey nest also provides some entertainment in the summer.

We went back a couple of times at different times of the day to look at the view. Try to time your visit for sunset!.The pier out into the water is something you don't see very often. And there is no fee for parking

One of the best views of sunset on Cape Cod. Nice stroll down a long boardwalk where you can stand or sit and watch the sunset. If you don't want to stroll the boardwalk, there are benches at start of boardwalk where you can sit and get a good view. I highly suggest you spray your head and arms with... More

Definitely a beautiful view and the water is great for kids to play in. But don't go too late in the evening. Too many biting bugs

We walked the boardwalk after dinner. The dark green of the marsh meeting the blue and pink sky are the perfect ending of your day. There were benches at the beginning to sit. The beach is small but the sand is smooth. We spoke to a man who had caught 2 large striped bass, maybe a new site to fish.... More

I like the quiet of this beach, I only sit and read do not swim but when it is low tide access to a small island across the beach is possible.

Came here expecting to see a few hermit crabs. Instead, we got an experience the kids won't forget. We waded across to the sand bar during low tide and found shells, explored the tide pools and took incredible pix of the kids. Coming from the west coast, it's hard to find a comparable beach. Gray's was a nice treat with... More

Small sandy beach with a tiny shoreline - excellent for small children although not my ideal Cape Cod beach. Beautiful place to come and view the coastline however. Take a walk on the broadwalk and see some of the interesting marine life in the marsh area. Free which made it nice to stop in for just a little while. Great... More
