This is the best way to go to the Island, hands down; never a problem, a reasonable cost, good, polite staff, and easy valet parking if you're overnighting on the island!

The boat was very clean, captain very nice and it was a wonderful trip to the island. I don't know if they always go under the Mackinaw bridge or not , but this time they did and it made the trip much more special!!!!! Thank you Shepler's!!!!

We took Shepler's Mackinac Island Ferry over to the island. It was a clean, comfortable 15 minute trip. It left Mackinaw City on the half hour and Mackinac Island on the hour. On the way over we sat below under cover because it was a little drizzly outside - it was a fast & comfortable ride. On the way back it was nice & sunny so we sat up top & all I can say is "hold on to your hat" - very windy - but fun.

Shepler's provides great service to Mackinac Island and back. They take care of your car and suitcases.

We take Shepler's every time we go on the island. They are very efficient and careful with your baggage and bikes. They were very nice to my daughter and accommodated any questions the passengers had.
