Lots of Climbing hills and stairs but absolutely worth it for the beautiful view at the top! Went back at the beginning of June but it was windy and rainy but still a great place to see.
This seemingly "small" park is an ideal place for family picnics. Lovely gardens greet you as you enter, and the views from Enger tower are stunning. Lots of picnic tables and restroom facilities afford comfort for all ages. Paved paths from parking area permit easy access for scooters and wheelchairs.
This is a wonderful park with the Enger Tower and a sweeping view of the Duluth harbor. There was a wedding taking place when we visited, which added to the fun. The Japenese garden and bell were a welcome addition.

We have been coming to Duluth my entire life. Enger Park and Tower has always been a part of that. Thankfully they still let you climb the tower to see the beautiful views. The grounds are lovely in the summer. The Scenic drive is wonderful as well.
this is the place to go for the best view of Duluth harbor and the lake. make sure to read the signs to get up there. everyone should make the trip up to the tower at least once.
We have been here a couple times and no matter the time of year it is beautiful scenery. The park below the tower is also beautiful. The kids had a good time for it being a "scenery" stop.
It's a nice hilltop park with an iconic tower you can climb up. It has great views of the whole area whether you make the climb, or just hike out to one of the rock ledges. Beautiful shade gardens in spring & summer.
Absolutely stunning. I proposed to my fiance on the bench on the side of the hill. It looks over the whole city and was beautiful.
