Too cold and not very customer friendly Do not like the total lack of furniture or warmth in lobby,and casino...Food was tasteless and service there is slow . The whole hotel is cold in the temperature way..wear a winter coat if going there.

Played there for many hours. Hard Rock has a great buffet. Went for breakfast, lunch and dinner Um. Sounds like we ate more than we played, but that wasn't the case. We often earn comps for free hotel room and meals.

The staff was great and the room was so clean and quiet that it made our night very comfortable and pleasant.

Very nice casino. Large with many games. Slots are tight. Second to beau rivage for style in Biloxi .

Great time, Room was clean, Won money on the slots (they have new slot machines), they have recently renovated the entire gambling area. Food at the 24/7 Grill and The Buffet were excellent. The Room service was great. They are very quick and accommodate your requests efficiently and quickly. I would definitely go again.
