It is not open. The house had some real foundation problems and they are being repaired. It was an interesting place to visit before the construction.

There is a small info center detailing Mr. Manship's life and house via display boards. A short video follows detailing the restoration process. Then a guided tour of the house. In total we spent 1 hour at this location.
