The City Garden was packed on our 95 degree visit. However my family still enjoyed the multiple water features to play in. We were approached by no less than 3 different panhandlers while walking around the area. I guess that's true in any city at a tourist attraction. It didn't make much difference to us, it was still a good... More

Our hotel's rooftop pool was closed for renovations we learned to our dismay after a hot sweaty day seeing the sights. We remembered seeing this park on our way back to our hotel so we suited up and walked the few blocks back. It was a huge hit with all the kids in our group ages 19 months to 9... More

If you are in the area of the arch, City Garden is just a few blocks away. My mom and I enjoyed posing with the statues and watching the little children play in the water feature. The statues are fun and basically everything can be climbed on or sat upon. There was also an ice cream truck sitting in the... More

My teenage daughter and her friends wanted to visit the city for part of her birthday trip. She chose the City Garden as the very last place we spent time. I highly recommend visiting here if you're touring St. Louis. It was absolutely beautiful in the spring time and, like I've already said, it's free! I can't wait to visit... More

Small park but with a lot to see. Enjoyed the different works of art. Nice to see when you are near the downtown attractions.

Kids had a blast, as did the adults! Artwork that the kids could climb on, water to play in, very pretty setting! It was a nice excursion for all of us!

This small park is packed with fun. There is a bit for everyone. There are water features to play in, art to look at and climb on and beautiful flowers to enjoy. It's a little slice of heaven in the middle of the city.

I took my elderly mother in law and sister in law here. They loved the art as well as the plants. It is only a few blocks long, but just right for their age. It also makes a great place for picture taking, day or night!

From the Arch we walked through here to find an eatery very pleasant and has some statues and good water features. I imagine a great place for office workers to go during the week for lunch
