Just a few blocks from downtown and with convenient parking, the Emerson Cultural Center is a collection of many artists' studios, coops and exhibit spaces. The quality of their work is quite high. This is well worth a visit.

In addition to art galleries and miscellaneous special attractions, the Emerson (an old renovated school) hosts amazing music, if you know how to look for it. I want to thank them for great Wilco, Bob Wier, and other bands in an intimate but comfortable venue. Beverages and excellent dining (see Emerson Grill) are also right there for before or during....

I saw John Mayer play a benefit show here, I really enjoyed the theater setting. It's one of the smallest venues I've seen John play in. It gave it a small town feel. John put on a great show too. If he ever plays here again, I'll be back!
Love the building and community artists. Eat at the Emerson Grill and stroll through the halls and enjoy the artwork. Prices are low to moderate. We have purchased photography prints from here.
The sights in the Emerson are ok if you are artsy and appreciate abstract art. This place isn't kid friendly, but ok if you want something to do for free.
This is where foodies will want to go for that "special occasion" meal, or if you're so fortunate probably 3 times a week, sadly my budget only permits monthly visits. Amazing 5 star American bistro, great fish and steaks and vegi dishes too, many local options featuring our wild game such as elk, bison etc. The atmosphere is very nice,...

Right off Main a block or so. The artists in residence (mini-mall) offer everything from panorama Montana photos, to jewelry, and bronzes. Prices very competitive too. You might find a bargain treasure. I've gotten several here on multiple trips. Our daughter and S-I-L even picked this place for dinner on their kids-free night out and raved about their meals. I...

Part of Friday Art Walk, where you can sip wine and browse inside the various studios and shops. It was enjoyable but I didn't buy anything. Every nook and spot was packed, even the studios, with things for sale, such as jewelry.
A must visit while in the Bozeman area. Art shops with photos, gold & silver , crafted one of a kinds. Print shop and more. Two floors to see and and explore. Stop by The Emerson Grill for a bite before or after your visit to the galleries.
This venue hosts everything from the local MSU film school project symposium, to local lectures, to concerts and film screenings. I've enjoyed a wide variety of events here and would recommend it to anyone.
