Jackson falls are right off the road, super easy access and gorgeous area! The falls are smaller, but the access and swimming make it well worth it.

Awesome! Benches, picnic tables, as well as shallow safe spots for the kids to get wet. Foot bridge too. Incredible views! You can also see parts of the old foundation when this was the "swimming pool" for The Wentworth inn decades before.
The kids thought it was cool to hang in and around waterfalls. Very pretty too. We would relax there after a long day at all of the local attractions.
First of all, the trail head is inside Wildcat which is not well marked. The first half of the trail is ok but once you cross the street the trail is barely even marked. When crossing over the falls its very difficult to find the trail. Not worth the hike in my opinion.
A hidden gem. Beautiful and peaceful. Would recommend late spring - nice benches allow you to sit and relax, but also a gentle climb along the edge of the river.
If you walk to the top of the hill, you can see some great views of the mountains beyond and the falls cascading downward right at your feet. Beautiful.
Jackson is nestled amongst the mountains with an amazing river. There is plenty of history and things to see.
This waterfall is so Beautiful and is right there in the center of town, no long hike to get to it so it is one of my favorites, sense I injured my knee and can't move like I used to. So relaxing. One of God's little gifts to us.
Spent some time lounging on the rocks.. should have brought our lunch. The falls were beautiful.. lots of great photos. Enjoy!
Great place for an relaxing afternoon. The falls are just beautiful. Just beware the rocks are Very Slippery! Great for lunch and a good read.
