Riva is the best masseuse anywhere, and the staff is very friendly. Makes a wonderful escape - not inexpensive at all - but a great once in awhile treat!

The have some excellent products - vegan polishes and organic face products. I have been there twice and had the same experience with both estheticians.

The spa is very small and does not have much to offer. A small locker room with a steam room and a small relaxation room. The massage I had was nice, but I was expecting a more pampering experience.

The services here are average but the most appalling thing is the over-the-top focus on selling products. These people put used car salesmen to shame. I will never go to this spa again. There are so many better places. DO NOT book your spa weekend or appointments here. Unless you like high pressure sales tactics, of course.
