I love coming to this beach. It's much better than the beach in wildwood as there isn't that long walk to get to the water. There are more families that go to Stone Harbor beaches and they're so much cleaner. There is always beach patrol too. It's very close to restaurants if you want to stop for lunch.

Although I moved from NJ 30 yrs ago...I will always love Stone Harbor. I've been to Delaware beaches and Maryland beaches but none compare to Stone Harbor. Not only is there fun shopping, and lots of good restaurants, but for those who love a nice beach...none compare. Love riding bikes along the flat roads and really appreciate the bike lane... More

Only my second stay in Stone Harbor. I've stayed in every town on the South Jersey shore and this was probably the best, with the possible exception of Cape May. It's just nice...not crowded and very picturesque.

Although you have to pay to be on the beach, it's clean and short, and always see everyone from the Mainline!

Really nice beach. Lifeguards want you to swim right in front of them or else they blow their whistles at you.

There was enough going on at night so it wasn't totally boring but it was not like Cape May or Wildwood either which is fine for us since our little kiddies were down by 9pm, exhausted from great days of beach, sand and manageable waves.
