So.... A 2m deep x 15m length pool Vs The ocean... Need i say more??? Dolphins are very intelligent creatures. They are very social and have complex family groups/pods/parties in the wild. They mourn their lost family members days on end, and will fight till death to saved their loved ones (ie at "The Cove" in Taiji Japan) where their... More

This place is a jail for animals who are kept in small cages in the hot sun. Hotel guests are meant to enjoy the atmosphere, to swim, eat and relax in the midst of animals in distress. Shame on those who stay here--a walk through this place should tell you it needs to be shut down.

Dolphin experience was awesome, up close and personal we were in the water for at least 20 minutes had plenty of time to stroke the playful dolphins as well as kiss the dolphin, shake hands /fins and ride with the dolphins, our 4 children and I really enjoyed this experience. Being the off season we had the pool and dolphins... More

Entrance fee is very, very expensive. If Dolphins are your liking then it is a must see. If you are willing to pay then you can swim & touch the dolphins, they will tow you around the pool. But the other wildlife is somewhat neglected and a little depressing ... too much concrete and some animals looked down right sad.

We only visited for the dolphin show - recommend by a guide. It was Aweful! And I hated my self for supporting the business. The dolphins have astma, they are in a tiny swimming pool, and it was a bad experience for me!

This hotel is not a wildlife or dolphin kind place. The animals are kept in very cramped conditions and are uncared for in a correct manner. Unfortunately the staff only do what they are told or allowed to do by their distant Chinese owners who are only interested in the money and not the animals. I had to point out... More

We arrived at check in a little late .. But had fun during our stay. we enjoyed the fiesta the night before dolphin watching. The rooms are a little shabby, but the activities made up for the place. The dolphin show was great, but I personally wished it was longer as 15 mins is not enough of watching these mamals.... More

I do not understand all the negative comments from contributors about this attraction. If you hate to see animals in captivity then why go there in the first place. I am an animal lover and was at first, put off by all the negative comments on this site but decided to go check it out myself. My conclusion is that... More

The last place a dolphin belongs is in a small pool being forced to work as slaves constantly to please tourists. The amount of enjoyment one gets from the act of swimming with dolphins for a small time comes no where near close enough to compensate for the pain and endless torture the dolphins are forced to endure for their...
