Recreation Park is probably the nicest of the city parks in or around Binghamton. It has a few tennis courts, hoops, a small city pool (where even a small beach ball is prohibited...yawn), merry go round and is a popular place for people to walk their dogs (tip-watch where you walk). it is a city park and not very attractive...
