Although the Gorge Trail wasn't open yet when we came, am rating the park excellent anyway. We hiked the upper trail and could see how awesome the gorge trail must be. Beautiful falls and trail that clings to the cliffside in places,
Go there. Staff is great. Trails are well marked. Waterfalls are great. Easy parking. Camping, day use areas. streams, - Just really fun place to go for the day or for a few days.

The park has a large camp ground, with 10-15 cabins, and about 50-60 different areas with picnic...

We hiked both both sides of the gorge ,the upper and lower falls. This is an absolutely breathtaking hike, especially the gorge trail.
One of the coolest places in Ithaca, especially in the summer. Be sure yo visit both the lower and upper park. The waterfall and pool in lower Treman are spectacular for summer swimming. The gorge trail is beautiful, and the upper park (much less visited) is lovely for a summer picnic. Visit and enjoy!
This is an interesting park and it always clean. There are lots of places to walk and see neat stuff.
Lucifer falls is a must see. There are carved steps in stone and the scenery and height plus secret swimming holes are great to see. It is a steep climb but well worth it. The swimming area near the campsite is a real treasure. You swim under a waterfall. This place is great
This was an amazing place to visit. We hiked the gorges (the most difficult level) this past summer. It is beautiful, scenic, and a great activity to do to explore nature. Jumping in the swimming gorge after was also an excellent treat.

The trails are great, the falls are great, and the scenery is wonderful. We also had our reception in the north shelter. There are already tables and chairs. It was a great way to save some...
