Susan B Anthony was an amazing woman. Take your children there and let them see for themselves. Be aware, the immediate neighborhood is slightly rundown.
I took the imposed guided tour and found the experience disappointing. The guide was certainly enthusiastic, and the quality of the artifacts was reasonable, but I found that I would have gotten more from reading about Susan B in Wikipedia. Great staff, very well informed. Visiting on a not busy day still gets you a personal tour. Really interesting lady with fascinating life, never knew how much history she was a part of. I enjoyed visualizing her life in that house.

Nice little history lesson, and it's local (for me). I was amazed that her rose bush is still alive!

Although this is a great experince, I would not reccomend it for familys with small children (About 7 under) as it cam be very boring to them. But overall it was a...
