We offer traditional style whites and reds such as Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Merlot. We specialize in an all natural style of wine making called Melomel. Melomel is 12% honey and 88% fruit, made with no added sulfites or preservatives and fermented in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Our grapes are sourced from the Finger Lakes region of New York State, mainly Seneca Lake. Currently all of our Melomel wines are made on the premises. We are currently producing our traditional style whites and reds at a small facility in the Finger Lakes while we continue to grow and improve our production space at our location in Saratoga Springs. Join us during all business hours for a wine tasting and every Friday night from 6-9pm for live music and wood fired pizza. We invite you to sit back, relax and experience great wine with our friendly staff in our warm and inviting Adirondack style atmosphere. *Using a GPS is not recommended as they tend to not pick up our address properly. Please give us a call for easy and accurate directions. « less

I went here on a Friday night with my boyfriend, we both had a really good time. It's not the typical type of winery as far as presentation and environment, but they have live music, a really great decor (Think Adirondack/log cabin feel) and the wines were good. They do have their own special type of wine made with honey... More

We stopped by this winery on the outskirts of Saratoga out of curiosity more than anything. We enjoy wines and looked forward to see what type of wine flights they had available. We picked mainly sweet or semi sweet wines, mostly red. We also ordered the cheese plate with crackers. Although the cheese selection was very standard- Gouda, Cheddar and... More

Recently my wife and I and another couple from the area tried the Saratoga Winery tasting room. I would say it was a good experience, relaxing with a competent staff. I would recommend it as something to do if you are in the Saratoga Springs area. I would like to point out that we went off season and did not... More

The place looks amazing. However, in wine room the wine was dusty, no food to enjoy your wine, the staff knows very little about wine more robotic then anything. They know their wine but not wine in general. Pricing is okay but wine isn't that impressive. Saratoga Whitney is the only enjoyable wine. If your bored want something to do... More

The best part about this winery is the atmosphere! When you are traveling to get there you are imagining it being a tasting room in the heart of saratoga springs, but this place has personality. Very chill and cozy feel and the wines are delish! the meads on the back of the menu def grew on me when the after... More

Visiting Saratoga one must taste the waters in the lovely park downtown, but who knew there was also a local winery? We just had to go. The young lady offering us sips of wine (for a fee, of course, since nowadays no winery offers free sips even if you end up spending $100) was pleasant and knowledgeable. We came home... More

Wish it was closer to town, but that's okay! It's adorable. I love to eat when I have wine so more food options would be great, but the food I've had there has been good. Music nights that I've been to have been great. Wish it was open later! There have been many times driving by that we wanted to... More
