If you are not into kayaking or rafting its still fun to sit and watch everyone else do it! Great shop, fishing area, places to eat or picnic.

One-stop shopping for all your outdoor needs in this area. I've only rafted and paddled here, so I can't speak to the many other activities they offer, but there the river activities are legion. Go on your own or use one of their guides, it doesn't matter. They've been doing this long enough that they have it down to a...

We were here for an hour as part of the Smoky Mountain Railroad excursion. We walked around, had an ice cream and waited for the train to depart. If you are into walking, canoeing, or any outdoor activity, the store has everything you could need (including a $450 kayak paddle). Otherwise, it was just a pretty spot on the river.
this is an incredible experience that you simply must try. The views are breathtaking and the staff are well trained, professional and know what they're doing!! It is safe and fun and at some points you can just let go and enjoy the ride. The 2200 foot zip is unlike any other in the southeast and i've been on several...

We stopped over on the layover from the train. There were not too many things open due to the time of year. but the trip was worth it. I'm glad we stopped.
I went here with my church a while back and had a great time. It was fun to be in nature and to work with others to reach a common goal. Our guide was awesome, too. I definitely recommend it!
River's End is a weekly tradition for us. We're greeted enthusiastically, seated quickly, and cared for well. Food is fun there! Always a pleasure.
Fantastic experience for us! Very qualified instructors who hold safety as a top priority. Excellent equipment and facilities. The Adventure Park is more challenging than I expected...a GREAT workout, but also an exceptional self-esteem booster for older kids and adults! Be sure to work the ropes course first and then reward yourself at the end with the relaxing zip line....

We took 4 teenagers white water rafting on the Nolichucky River over spring break and it was INCREDIBLE! We were the first group out for the season and the NOC was fantastic from making the reservations to reviewing the photos at the end! Trey was our guide and was amazing at reading the river to make it safe but oh...
