If you like gardens, you should definitely visit. For one thing, it's FREE, and for another it's beautiful. My family and I visit all the time. Some day, I'd like to go without the kids and just sit and read a book and enjoy the scenery.

It's so wonderful to see how well the arboretum looks this time of year. All the hard work has paid off and a big thank you to all that help it be one of the most beautiful gardens in the area.

Small space with nice asian gardens, pond and area for kids. They also sell plants and have a gift shop.

My future wife and I are getting married here in the Spring. We cannot wait! The gardens are very beautiful all year long, but especially in the late spring. Best of all, it's FREE! Definately worth spending an hour or two here if you have some free time.

Visited the Arboretum with my husband and 2 year old daughter. We all had a wonderful time. It is so beautiful, I couldn't believe it was free! So many colorful flowers and butterflies. My daughter loved it! Especially the little house with the mushrooms. The Tea House and Koi pond were lovely as well. What a gem in Wilmington!

We spent a couple of hours here, meandering through the gardens and talking to one of the many volunteers that keep this place looking so wonderful. It's October and everything seemed to be in full bloom. I couldn't stop taking photos! I especially liked the Japanese Tea House, it was very serene and relaxing. We would have liked to buy... More

The gardens are gorgeous and the koi pond is amazing. The rose garden area smelled wonderful and the Japanese Tea House was very calm and serene. We recently had our baby blessed in the Japanese Tea house as we felt it was a perfect place to welcome a new life. My five year old loves to feed the fish, run... More

The moment you step inside the gates, you are taken into the most gorgeous gardens... there are japanese zen buildings, a childrens cottage with alice in wonderland type mushrooms, a rose garden, picnic tables, walkways, just a very beautiful and FREE place to unwind.
